When ordering you can choose the courier of your preference between GLS and SDA .

Shipping costs are displayed in the cart once the destination postcode has been entered and vary based on weight.

How to behave upon delivery
Before signing the transport document with the courier's representative present, we recommend:

  • Check that the number of packages is the same as that marked on the transport document (or courier's delivery note);
  • Check that the labels affixed to the packages show the correct address;
  • Check that the external condition of the packages does not show any damage or tampering (e.g. closures with non-original tape but from the transporter, damaged packaging, etc.)

In the event that one of the anomalies set out above is found, it is necessary to place your reservation on the bulletin specifying the type of anomaly found. Alternatively, you can refuse the shipment by always indicating the reason for the refusal on the slip (partial delivery, incorrect address, damaged packaging).

If it was not possible to detect the anomaly in the presence of the courier, it will be necessary to promptly request authorization to return from customer service, by fax (010.580683), or by e-mail (info@medicalistore.it) no later than no later than 5 days from receipt of the purchased goods (the date on the delivery note will prevail).

In any case, the customer must send a request for authorization to return, via e-mail or fax, containing the following information:

  • all shipment data: n. transport document, document date, product code with anomaly, anomalous quantity;
  • the description of how the package appeared upon receipt and the damage found.

Once the verification has been carried out with the courier, we will communicate to the customer the authorization to return the damaged material and the replacement material will subsequently be shipped.

After 5 days from receipt of the goods, reports of anomalies related to transport or the contents of the shipment cannot be accepted.
