Spirulina (Spirulina platensis) is a blue-green micro algae, with a filamentous and spiral appearance, traditionally considered a superfood thanks to its content of proteins and essential amino acids, polysaccharides, essential fatty acids, minerals and vitamins including vitamin B12, beta-carotene, chlorophyll and fiber.

How to use
