DGEL by DEAS is a transparent gel for ultrasound and intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments, developed to ensure excellent acoustic signal transmission during diagnostic examinations and therapeutic procedures. Its advanced formulation ensures high performance and maximum compatibility with all ultrasound devices on the market.

Packaged in a flexible 5 litre polyethylene (PE) bag, soft and easy to handle, it is ideal for intensive professional use. The practical design of the bag facilitates the complete emptying of the contents, optimizing work times and reducing waste.

DGEL è hypoallergenic, odorless, non-greasy, non-irritating and non-abrasive, characteristics that make it particularly suitable for even the most sensitive skin. Its composition is salt-free and guarantees a Neutral pH between 6 and 7, contributing to maximum patient comfort during application.

Thanks to a controlled viscosity between 65000 and 75000 cps (measured by the Brookfield method), the gel adheres perfectly to the probe and is evenly distributed over the skin surface, improving image quality and treatment effectiveness. È Completely soluble in water, which makes it easier to remove at the end of the examination, without leaving residue or greasy skin.

The composition includes demineralized water, glycols, carbohydrates and preservatives (parabens), selected to ensure stability, safety and long shelf life. When stored in the original sealed packaging, the product retains its properties for 3 years from the date of production.
