AMINO BCAA PLUS is a supplement based on branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine) in association with vitamin B6. Branched chain amino acids are indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake and to supplement the athlete's diet. Branched chain amino acids are metabolised during heavy muscle training as they are used as an energy substrate and as a structural component of proteins. Branched chain amino acids are rapidly used as, after their introduction, they are absorbed directly in the small intestine and quickly reach the muscle tissues without undergoing hepatic metabolism. Supplementation with branched chain amino acids can be useful at least 30 minutes before sports training. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
