Ingredients
Magnesium (oxide). Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose. Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl). Coating agent: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Humectant: Vegetable glycerin. Colour: Titanium dioxide.

Directions for use
Swallow 1 tablet daily with water, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Packaged in bottles of 100 tablets.
