Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) dry root extract (4:1). Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agents: Vegetable stearic acid, Vegetable magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide.
How to use
Swallow 1 to 3 vegetable capsules per day, with water preferably with meals. Packaged in bottles of 100 vegetable capsules.
