The secret of this Stabilair mattress protector is the extraordinary new “Evolon” material.

Evolon fabric is made from both polyamide and polyester granules, which are extruded into continuous filaments. When subjected to high-pressure water jets, the filaments split into microfilaments and, through the effect of the water, become interlaced and consolidated with one another.

DUST MITE-PROOF
The small allergen particles from dust mites are trapped by the Evolon cover, which prevents them from coming into contact with allergy sufferers. No additional plastic cover or chemical treatment is needed to achieve this result.

BREATHABLE
Evolon is a breathable material, meaning it is permeable to water vapor. The very fine microfilaments it is made of create millions of microchannels that promote airflow and consequently ensure excellent moisture management.

DRIES QUICKLY
Thanks to its extensive internal surface, which remains in contact with the air, and its microfilament-based structure, Evolon dries very quickly. This characteristic, together with the fabric’s breathability, helps prevent the formation of mold.

WASHABLE
Evolon can be washed many times at temperatures that, in the case of Sublimair dust mite-proof protectors, can reach 95 degrees. Over time, Evolon fabric becomes increasingly soft, making it progressively more pleasant to the touch.

RELIABLE
Evolon means comfort, ease of use, high performance and user satisfaction. Evolon is synonymous with comfort because it is lightweight, soft and drapes well.
Evolon means peace of mind because it provides an effective barrier against dust mite allergens.

ECO-FRIENDLY
Evolon is a long-lasting material that reduces the environmental impact of waste and contains no binders or solvents. It is not PVC-based, but is made from polyamide granules, polyester and water, components that are safe for health under normal conditions of use.
