Chromium food supplement useful for promoting the metabolism of macronutrients (such as sugars and fats), associated with group B vitamins which act in synergy with chromium to promote better absorption of the mineral by the body.

Chromium is absorbed from the small intestine in very low quantities (generally 1 to 3%, with peaks of 20%), and most of the chromium present in nature is in inorganic form.

The foods that contain the greatest quantities are brewer's yeast, whole grains and eggs.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate; rice fiber; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, chromium picolinate.

How to use
1 tablet per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water preferably before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Treatment repeatable in cycles throughout the year.

Use in people undergoing insulin therapy must be evaluated by the doctor. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
