Solgar Fish Light Super Concentrated 30 softgel capsules is a food supplement based on highly concentrated fish oil, a natural source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), obtained from anchovies (Engraulis ringens), sardines (Sardinops sagax and Sardina pilchardus) and mackerel (Scomber colias).

Each softgel provides 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA, for a total intake of 720 mg of EPA and 480 mg of DHA in 2 softgels per day. These fatty acids contribute to several physiological functions:
