Biosmalto Cavity Protection Mouthwash 300 ml by Curasept contains two functional substances in microcrystalline form: FLUORO-IDROSSIAPATITE and BIO-ACTIVE COMPLEX, composed of biomimetic hydroxyapatite substituted with magnesium, strontium and carbonate ions and conjugated with chitosan.

The combined action of the microcrystals gives BIOSMALTO Cavity Protection bioactivity that rebuilds enamel and dentin. The new hard tissue that forms, known as biosmalto, is enriched with a mineral phase in which magnesium, strontium and fluoride ions increase resistance to cavities, erosion and abrasion. Chitosan, a bioadhesive polymer, prolongs the action of the active ions and inhibits the deposition of bacterial biofilm.
