Organic sulfur in tablets
Methylsulfonylmethane* (MSM) is a sulfur-based organic compound (the molecule contains approximately 34% sulfur) naturally present in many varieties of fruit and vegetables. It degrades easily during cooking and food preparation.
Sulfur is present in keratins, proteins essential for the formation of nails and hair. It is also physiologically present at the joint level, being part of chondroitin sulphate, a precious constituent molecule of cartilage.
