SELF-SEALING BAGS FOR AUTOCLAVE, STEAM AND ETO

Self-sealing flat bags made of a transparent green polyester-polyethylene film coupled with medical paper which allows the penetration of steam and gas during sterilization. Steam and gas indicators change color when exposed to sterilization.

1. Reinforced corners prevent dust from accumulating near the opening, reducing the risk of contaminating the contents upon opening.

2. The transparent film complies with the German standard EN 10/204. The medical paper complies with the following standards: DIN 58953 (German), Pharmacopeia 589 (French), pr EN 868-3 (European) and BS 6256 (English).

3. The chevrons allow for rapid and correct opening of the envelopes, which are also marked with the correct opening direction.

4. The pouches are made of a layer of laminated transparent film (a special type of polyester and polypropylene copolymer) and moisture-resistant white Kraft medical paper, specially designed to ensure high antibacterial protection.

5. “Multiline” welding is resistant and long-lasting; the sealing lines are equally spaced and the external one runs along the entire length of the bag to ensure maximum sealing.

All rolls and pouches are certified and are built according to international standards DIN 58953 BS 6871, EN 868-5, CN 13485
