Maca
It is also known as “The turnip of love”. Maca or Lepidium meyenii Walp. It belongs to the Cruciferae (Brassicaceae) family and is an annual herbaceous plant with a tuberous root with a typical pear shape, 10 - 14 cm long, 3 - 5 cm in diameter, varying in color from yellow to dark red. Cultivated in the Peruvian Andes, it has been used for centuries by the Inca populations for its regenerating effects, lowers blood pressure and causes a widespread sense of well-being.
Useful as a tonic - adaptogen indicated in cases of physical and mental tiredness, with a tonic and metabolic support action.

Maca dry extract 24 g 0.48 g
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium phosphate;
anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide.

Instructions for use
Take 2 to 4 tablets per day, or more as needed. It is preferable to take the tablets before or between meals.
