LINSEED OIL ( LINUM USITATISSIMUM L.)
The supply of essential fatty acids must come from the diet since the human body is not able to produce them. LINOIL is a supplement based on linseed oil ( Linum tubitatissimum L.) obtained by cold pressing which naturally contains omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids. Flaxseed oil is also a rich natural source of alpha linolenic acid (ALA), an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid from the omega 3 series. ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels*.
Flaxseed oil promotes the integrity and functionality of cell membranes and intervenes favorably in the metabolism of lipids.
* The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA.
HOW TO USE
1 to 4 pearls per day
preferably at meals
Swallow 1 to 4 pearls a day, with water, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Packaged in bottles of 90 softgel pearls.
